Plasma (from Greek plasma- modeled, formed) is a gas with high ionization where the concentrations of positive and negative charges are equal (quasineutrality). The greatest part of the Universe Substance: the stars, the galaxy nebulas and interstellar space. The high temperature plasma (T~10^B - 10^8R) from the deuterium and tritium is investigated for thermonuclear controlled synthesis. The low temperature plasma (TS 10^5K) is used in different gas discharged devices (gas lasers, plasma generators, plasma engines and others).
